This was a Pastoral Program and instruction (PPI) project mission in Malindi among the Rabai and Swahili people in collaboration with the Samaritan's Purse in Malindi. We distributed 20 sets of Look, Listen & Live materials (160 flipcharts) with 23 mp3 players. It was great to meet with many church denominations with 23 Sunday School teachers 21 pastors and 15 primary school teachers.
We pray that this distribution will boost the school Pastoral programs in 8 schools sponsored by these churches and also help learners to understand much about the bible.
The Pastors and the Sunday school teachers had the opportunities to interact and receive the GRN evangelism materials. We expect that for the Sunday school they will be able to follow and understand the Bible stories and The Word for Salvation of Christ. It is expected that the churches who received these materials will start the Bible study classes and listening programs for their people in groups and as families.
It was amazing to introduce the 5fish app and very encouraging that 26 people loaded it onto their phones. Pray that they will share the materials widely and use them for their family bible study, with their friends at church and while fishing.
